From Paper To Heart stands for paper art such as watercolor and handlettering that touches the heart.
My purpose is to make you feel happy and loved when holding my artwork in your hands - and maybe even inspire you to spread some love as well.

Materials
I mostly work with a combination of watercolor illustrations and handlettering. Therefor I use brushes, different kinds of brush pens, pigment liners and acrylic markers.
The choice of paper depends on the medium I work with - brushpens work best on glazed/hot-pressed paper with a smooth feeling, whereas watercolors may also be painted on cold-pressed paper with a more structured surface. In any case I only work with carefully selected, high quality paper with a weight of 300g/m².
The most common paper formats are postcards (DIN A6 / 4.1x5.8 in) and folded cards, but I also do smaller items like tags and larger sizes such as posters and paper bags.
Beside the paperwork I also do letterings other surfaces such as chalk boards, mugs or glass bottles.
